Our spa policies were created to ensure that your spa experience can
be most enjoyable and relaxing. We have implemented the following
guidelines:

We ask that you are respectful of others upon entering the spa area,
with lowering voices, not slamming doors, and turning your two way radios off
during your stay at the spa.

Cell phones are allowed, however, management requests if you could turn
the ringers down or on vibrate in consideration to those enjoying the spa
and trying to escape from the sounds of their own cell phone.

We do appreciate the fact that you must stay in touch especially during business
hours, but if you could keep the distractions to a minimum it would benefit everybody.

Any massage services come with a complimentary steambath before or
after your massage. If you arrive on time for your massage, you will
have to steam after,as the therapist’s schedule has to be kept.

If you prefer to steam before your massage we recommend you arrive 15 minutes
prior to your scheduled massage time, otherwise your treatment schedule will
be shortened to prevent others from waiting.

If you arrive late for your scheduled treatment, your treatment may be
shortened to accommodate others scheduled after you.

For your child’s safety and other people’s respect, young children are not allowed
into the designated spa area. We all love children, however, many moms
are here to get away from their kids, and for this reason we ask that you
refrain from bringing your children to the spa.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover, along with Debit cards.
Gift Certificates may be used for any services, retail, or gratuity and do not expire.
When booking massage therapy services one must specify preference on a male
or female therapist if it is a valid issue to the client.

All massage services are performed by professionally licensed massage therapists.
Proper draping is required of all spa guests. The steambath is a private facility.
Aria Day Spa and its staff reserves the right to refusal of any spa guests
whose intent is not consistent with our spa philosophy. All massages are
therapeutic in nature.

Once the appointment is booked, no refunds will be made.
When making reservations for spa packages involving more than two services,
or more than two people, appointments must be held with a credit card.
